Procedure
The title compound was prepared using the procedure described in Example 32(d) starting from (S)-ethyl 4-((1-(3-(3-chloro-4-cyano-5-fluorophenyl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)propan-2-yl)carbamoyl)-1-((2-(trimethylsilyl)ethoxy)methyl)-1H-imidazole-2-carboxylate (5.22 mmol, 3 g) and sodium hydroxide (7.83 mmol, 313 mg). Yield 1.49 g. LC-MS: [M+1]=547.28.
