The title compound was prepared using the procedure described in Example 58(e) starting from the mixture of methyl 2-(2-ethoxypropan-2-yl)-1-((2-(trimethyl-silyl)ethoxy)methyl)-1H-imidazole-4-carboxylate and ethyl 2-(2-ethoxypropan-2-yl)-1-((2-(trimethylsilyl)ethoxy)methyl)-1H-imidazole-4-carboxylate (90 mg). Yield 70 mg. 1H-NMR (400 MHz; DMSO-d6): δ −0.02 (s, 9H), 0.87 (t, 2H), 1.06 (t, 3H), 1.57 (s, 6H), 3.12 (q, 2H), 3.58 (t, 2H), 5.53 (s, 2H), 7.93 (s, 1H), 12.28 (bs, 1H).
