The title compound is prepared from 4-[(2-chloro-pyrimidine-5-carbonyl)-cyclopropyl-amino]-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester and (4-cyanomethylphenyl)boronic acid following a procedure analogous to that described in Intermediate 6. LC (method 4): tR=0.85 min; Mass spectrum (ESI+): m/z=362 [M+H]+.
