The title compound was prepared from the product of Example 1, step J (0.50 mmol), trans-3-fluorocinnamic acid, by the method of Example 1, step K, giving the title compound as a white solid that was mostly the more polar cyclohexyl diastereomer by LCMS. Mass spectrum (LCMS, ESI pos.) calcd. for C30H35FN4O2: 503 (M+H). Found: 503
