The title compound was prepared from the product of Example 1, step J, and (2E)-3-(2,2-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-5-yl)prop-2-enoic acid, by the method of Example 1, step K, giving a yellow solid that was a mixture of cyclohexyl diastereomers by LCMS. Mass spectrum (LCMS, ESI pos.) calcd. for C33H40N4O3: 541 (M+H). Found: 541
