A mixture of 123d (187 mg, 0.28 mmol) and LiOH (235 mg, 5.6 mmol) in iPrOH/THF (1:1, 3.5 mL) and H2O (0.5 mL) was stirred at 35° C. for 0.5 h. It was then evaporated in vacuo and the residue was extracted with EtOAc (5 mL×2). The combined EtOAc extract was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 123 (40 mg, 31%) as a yellow solid. MS: [M+H]+ 625.4. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.63 (d, J=2.5, 1H), 8.49 (d, J=5.0, 1H), 7.92 (d, J=2.5, 1H), 7.82 (d, J=2.0, 1H), 7.78 (s, 1H), 7.36 (d, J=5.5, 1H), 7.27-7.25 (m, 1H), 6.89 (s, 1H), 6.81 (d, J=9.5, 1H), 5.04-5.02 (m, 1H), 4.62 (d, J=10, 1H), 4.50-4.47 (m, 1H), 4.34-4.29 (m, 1H), 4.12-4.09 (m, 2H), 3.89-3.85 (m, 1H), 3.71-3.67 (m, 5H), 3.15-3.12 (m, 4H), 2.74-2.54 (m, 10H), 1.92-1.87 (m, 2H), 1.79-1.78 (m, 3H)
