A mixture of 127a (190 mg, 0.31 mmol) and LiOH (571 mg, 13.6 mmol) in iPrOH/THF (1:1, 3.5 mL) and H2O (0.5 mL) was stirred at 35° C. for 0.5 h. It was then evaporated in vacuo and the residue was extracted with EtOAc (5 mL×2). The combined EtOAc extract was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by reverse-phase prep-HPLC to afford 127 (50 mg, 26.9%). MS: [M+H]+ 581.3. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.63 (d, J=2.0, 1H), 8.49 (d, J=5.0, 1H), 7.91 (d, J=3.5, 1H), 7.82 (d, J=2.0, 1H), 7.77 (s, 1H), 7.37 (d, J=5.0, 1H), 7.20-7.25 (m, 1H), 6.89 (s, 1H), 6.81 (d, J=9.0, 1H), 5.04-5.02 (m, 1H), 4.64-4.61 (m, 1H), 4.50 (d, J=5.0, 1H), 4.34-4.31 (m, 1H), 4.18-4.08 (m, 2H), 3.89-3.86 (m, 1H), 3.71 (s, 3H), 3.05-3.06 (m, 8H), 2.62-2.56 (m, 4H), 1.92-1.88 (m, 2H), 1.81-1.78 (m, 3H)
