Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 3-amino-5-chlorothiophene-2-sulfonamide hydrochloride and 1,5-dimethylhexyl isothiocyanate by a procedure analogous to the procedure described in example 3Bc-d; mp 197°-199° C. (ethyl acetate); 1H-NMR (DMSO-d6): δ 0.85 (d, 6H), 1.12 (d, 3H), 1.1-1.6 (m, 7H), 3.77 (m, 1H), 7.07 (s, 1H), 7.12 (br. s, 1H), 10.72 (br. s, 1H).
