144 mg (0.36 mmol) of 3-[(7-bromo-2,3-dioxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoxalin-5-ylmethyl)-carbamoyl]-acrylic acid ethyl ester (Example 10) and 76 mg of lithium hydroxide hydrate are dissolved in 18 ml of tetrahydrofuran/water (2:1) and the solution is stirred for 18 hours. 50 ml of water are added, the tetrahydrofuran is concentrated by evaporation and the solution is acidified with 1 N hydrochloric acid. The solid is filtered off, washed with water and dried.
