A solution of the compound (300 mg, 0.59 mmol) obtained in Example 14-5), 1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-boronic acid pinacol ester (130 mg, 0.65 mmol), tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(0) (66 mg, 0.06 mmol), and potassium carbonate (157 mg, 1.18 mmol) in 1,2-dimethoxyethane (3 mL) and water (1.5 mL) was stirred at 120° C. for 1 h under microwave irradiation. The reaction mixture was cooled to room temperature, water (3 mL) was added to the reaction mixture, the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate, and the organic layer was washed with saturated sodium chloride solution and dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate. After concentration under reduced pressure, the residue was purified by silica gel chromatography (ethyl acetate:methanol=70:30) to obtain the title compound (368 mg, quant.) in an orange oily form.
