A solution of the compound (3.86 g, 7.32 mmol) obtained in Example 81-1), 1-methyl-1H-pyrazole-4-boronic acid pinacol ester (1.68 g, 8.06 mmol), tetrakis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(0) (850 mg, 0.73 mmol), and potassium carbonate (2.02 g, 14.65 mmol) in 1,2-dimethoxyethane (50 mL) and water (25 mL) was heated to reflux overnight with stirring. The reaction mixture was cooled to room temperature, water (20 mL) was added to the reaction mixture, the mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate, and the organic layer was washed with saturated sodium chloride solution and dried with anhydrous sodium sulfate. After concentration under reduced pressure, the residue was purified by silica gel chromatography (ethyl acetate:methanol=100:0 to 70:30) to obtain the title compound (3.87 g, quant.) as a yellow solid.
