Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared according to Method 1 using N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-O-methyl-D-threonine and 4-tert-butyl-1,2-diaminobenzene. The residue was purified by elution through an SCX cartridge with MeOH followed by 2M NH3 in MeOH followed by silica gel column chromatography eluting with 90:10:1 DCM:MeOH:NH3.
