The title compound was prepared according to Method 4 using (4S,5R)-3-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-2,2,5-trimethyl-1,3-oxazolidine-4-carboxylic acid (Preparation 57) and 3′,4′-diamino-2′-chloro-3-fluorobiphenyl-4-carbonitrile (Preparation 80). The final residue was purified using silica gel column chromatography eluting with DCM:MeOH (7N NH3), 97:3 to 93:7 and freeze dried for 18 hours.
