The title compound was prepared according to Method 4 using N-Boc-trans-4-fluoro-L-proline and 4-tert-butyl-1,2-diaminobenzene. The final residue was washed with ethyl acetate and diluted with water, basified with saturated lithium hydroxide solution (pH=8), extracted with ethyl acetate and dried over anhydrous Na2SO4 and concentrated under reduced pressure.
