The title compound was prepared from 2-(5-methyl-2,3-dihydrospiro[indene-1,4′-piperidine]-3-yl)acetic acid and 2-adamantyl chloroformate following a procedure analogous to that described in Example 57. LC-MS Method 1 tR=2.24 min, m/z=0.438; 1H NMR (CDCl3) δ=7.06 (m, 2H), 7.00 (s, 1H), 4.88 (s, 1H), 4.19 (t, 2H), 3.61 (m, 1H), 3.03 (m, 3H), 2.64 (dd, 1H), 2.48 (dd, 1H), 2.34 (s, 3H).
