Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from (±)-2-(7-bromo-1′-((2-adamantyl)carbamoyl)-2,3-dihydrospiro[indene-1,4′-piperidine]-3-yl)acetic acid following a procedure analogous to that described in Example 127 except that 0.5 M NH3 in dioxane was used in place of NH3 gas.
