To a solution of 2-[2-(4-bromomethyl-2-methyl-phenyl)-2-oxo-ethyl]-5-(5-chloro-pyridin-2-ylmethoxy)-2H-pyridazin-3-one (preparation 7b, 110 mg, 0.24 mmol) in N,N-dimethylacetamide (2 mL) is added Cs2CO3 (194 mg, 0.60 mmol) and L-prolinol (37 mg, 0.36 mmol).
