The title compound from Step A above (197 mg, 0.77 mmol) was dissolved in 4 M HCl in dioxane (3.0 mL) and stirred at RT for 1 h. The product was concentrated under reduced pressure and dried under high vacuum to give the title compound (i-32) (116 mg, 98%). ESI-MS calculated for C6H11N5: Exact Mass: 153.13. Found 154.12.
