Procedure

tert-Butyl ({4-fluoro-5-(2-fluoropyridin-3-yl)-1-[(1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)sulfonyl]-1H-pyrrol-3-yl}methyl)methylcarbamate (460 mg) was dissolved in 2-propanol (5 mL), 4 mol/L hydrogen chloride-ethyl acetate solution (5 mL) was added, and the mixture was stirred at 50° C. for 20 min. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure, and the residue was crystallized from ethanol to give the title compound as colorless crystals (yield 285 mg, 72%).
