Procedure
Acetyl chloride (1.7 mg, 0.021 mmol) was added to a DCM (0.5 mL) solution of (6R)-9-fluoro-13-oxa-2,16,20,21,24-pentaazapentacyclo-[16.5.2.02,6.07,12.021,25]pentacosa-1(24),7,9,11,18(25),19,22-heptaene (Example 21, 5.0 mg, 0.014 mmol), followed by DIEA (7.4 μL, 0.042 mmol). After stirring at ambient temperature overnight, the reaction was concentrated and purified by reverse-phase column chromatography eluting with 0-80% acetonitrile/H2O to provide the title product (3.9 mg, 70% yield). MS (apci) m/z=396.2 (M+H).
