To a mixture of the product of Step F (50 mg, 0.13 mmol) and NMM (31 mg, 0.3 mmol) in DCM (3 mL) was added methanesulfonyl chloride (20 mg, 0.21 mmol). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 3 h, then quenched with saturated ammonium chloride solution (10 mL), and extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic layers were washed with brine (10 mL), dried over sodium sulfate, filtered and evaporated. The residue was purified by Pre-HPLC (Mobile phase: acetonitrile/water (0.03% TFA)) to afford the title compound. LC/MS m/z=446.1[M+H]+.
