Procedure

1 N aqueous hydrochloric acid (400 μl) was added to a suspension of the compound of Step 3 of Example 9 (50 mg) in ethanol (400 μl) at room temperature, and ethanol (300 μl) was then further added to form a solution. After stirring at room temperature for 30 minutes, the solid was precipitated, and the mixture was allowed to stand overnight. The reaction solution was added dropwise to water (7 ml), and the mixture was stirred for five days. The precipitate was collected by filtration and air-dried to give 52 mg of the title compound as a solid.
