To a solution of compound 31f (2.5 g, 14.5 mmol) in DCM (100 mL) was added 2-(trifluoromethoxy)benzene-1-sulfonyl chloride (4.2 g, 16.0 mmol) and TEA (4.4 g, 3.5 mmol). The mixture was stirred at rt for 12 h, then DCM (50 mL) and 2N HCl (20 mL) were added to the mixture. The organic layer was separated and washed with brine and dried over anhydrous Na2SO4. After filtration, the filtrate was evaporated and the residue was purified by CC (hexane/EA=5:1) to give compound 31g (4.2 g, 74% yield).
