A solution of 4-[5-(1,1-dioxidothiomorpholin-4-yl)-3-nitropyridin-2-yl]morpholine (180 mg, 0.53 mmol) in MeOH (100 mL) was reduced using a continuous flow hydrogenation reactor (flow rate: 1 mL/min, 10% mol Pd/C, temperature 35° C., H2 pressure: 20 bar) to give 5-(1,1-dioxidothiomorpholin-4-yl)-2-morpholin-4-ylpyridin-3-amine.
