Procedure
Using general procedure C, 4-hydroxy-1-oxa-spiro[4.5]dec-3-en-2-one (Lit. 15) was reacted with benzaldehyde and N-[2-(1H-indol-3-yl)-ethyl]-acetamide to give the title compound as a white solid. MS: 459.1 ([M+H]+).
