Procedure
Ethylamine 2N tetrahydrofuran solution (0.10 ml) was added to dimethylsulfoxide (0.5 ml), and then (4-(6-carbamoyl-7-methoxy-4-quinolyl)oxy-2-trifluoromethylphenyl)carbamic acid phenyl ester (25 mg) was dissolved therein and the mixture was stirred for 10 minutes. Water and ethyl acetate were added to the reaction solution, and the precipitated crystals were filtered out to obtain the title compound (5.0 mg).
