PROCEDURE

实验过程

A mixture of 7-hydroxy-3′,4′-dimethoxyisoflavone (2, 0.30 g, 1 mmol), K2CO3 (0.41 g, 3 mmol), epichlorohydrin (0.3 g, 3 mmol) and acetonitrile (30 mL) was refluxed with stirring for 4 hrs (TLC monitoring). The mixture was evaporated in vacuo to give a residue which was treated with H2O (50 mL). The precipitate thus formed was collected, purified by column chromatography (MeOH/CH2Cl2=1:100), and crystallized from EtOH to give the title compound 4 (0.25 g, 70% yield). M.p.: 161-162° C.
