Reaction Steps
This compound was prepared following the procedure described in example 24, parts C and D, starting with 0.2 g (0.66 mmol) of 4-(1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridin-3-yl)-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid ethyl ester and 0.149 g (0.86 mmol) of 2-bromomethylpyridine. After standard work-up, 0.21 g (72% of yield) of the expected product were isolated.
