Reaction Steps
To 20E (100 mg, 0.20 mmol) was added hydrogen chloride (1 mL, 4M solution in dioxane). After stirring for 2 h at rt, the reaction was triturated with ether and filtered to give 24A (90 mg) as a white solid.
