(5-Pyrimidinyl)tri-n-butylstannane (see Preparation 45) and 5-bromo-3-(1-cyclopropylmethylpyrrolidin-2(R)-ylmethyl)-1H-indole (see Preparation 56) were reacted together in the presence of palladium (II) acetate Pd(OAc)2 !, tri-o-tolylphosphine (o-TI)3P! and triethylamine (C2H5)3N! using a procedure similar to that described in Example 1. This yielded the title compound. Found: C,73.72; H,7.53; N,15.84; C21H24N4.1/8CH2Cl2.1/8H2O requires: C,73.47; H,7.15; N,16.23%.
