The title compound was prepared from (2Z)-1-(1-cyclobutyl-2-methyl-1H-imidazol-5-yl)-3-(dimethylamino)-2-fluoroprop-2-en-1-one (Method 16; 234 mg) and N-(4-morpholin-4-ylphenyl)guanidine (Method 4; 410 mg) by the procedure of Example 111 to yield a white solid (288 mg, 76%). NMR: 1.61-1.72 (m, 2H), 2.29-2.45 (m, 4H), 2.75 (s, 3H), 3.26-3.34 (m, 4H), 3.90-3.97 (m, 4H), 5.22 (quintet, 1H), 7.38-7.45 (m, 2H), 7.68 (d, 2H), 8.08 (d, 1H), 8.73 (d, 1H), 9.95 (brs, 1H); m/z 409.
