Propynyllithium (21 mg) was added to a solution of Example 52 (41 mg) in tetrahydrofuran (5 ml) at −78° C. The reaction was quenched with methanol at −25° C. in 2 hours. After solvents were removed under vacuum, the residue was carried to the further reactions without any purification.
