1.8 g (10 mmol) of the chloro compound of Step B and 2.2 g (10 mmol) of the amine of Step C were dissolved in 60 ml ethanol and heated with reflux for 4 h. After addition of 3 ml triethylamine the heating was continued for an additional hour. The mixture was diluted with water and extracted twice with dichloromethane. The combined organic layers were dried over sodium sulfate, evaporated in vacuo, and the title compound obtained as an oil after purification by column chromatography on silica gel using ethyl acetate / hexane 9:1 as eluent,
