3-[3-Fluoro-4-(3-methyl-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)phenyl]-5-(azidomethyl)oxazolidin-2-one (Intermediate 24) (1.8 g, 5.67 mmol) was hydrogenated as described for Intermediate 16. Chromatography on silica gel with 3-7% methanol in dichloromethane gave the title compound (1.28 g).
