Reaction Steps
100 mg of product obtained in Example 22 are mixed with 3 ml of methylene chloride and 1.5 ml of trifluoroacetic acid containing 10% of anisole. The mixture is stirred at ambient temperature for 5 hours. It is concentrated to dryness and co-evaporation with toluene and then with methylene chloride is carried out. Purification is carried out by chromatography on silica with a CH2Cl2-MeOH—NH4OH: 90-9-1 mixture for eluent. 128 mg of expected product are obtained.
