To a solution of the product from Example 17, Step B (0.20 g, 0.53 mmol) in THF (4 mL) was added polymer supported di-isopropylamine (1.5 eq, 0.79 mmol, 0.22 g) and ethyl isocyanate (0.042 mL, 0.52 mmol); this mixture was stirred at room temperature for three hours followed by the addition of methanol (5 mL). Dichloromethane (15 mL) was added and the mixture was filtered, evaporation of the filtrate gave a solid (0.19 g) which was purified by chromatography (silica gel, hexane/ethyl acetate gradient) to give a white solid (0.14 g, 59%): LC/MS m/z 450 [M+H]+.
