To a solution of 2-amino-5-(2,6-difluorophenyl)-6H-pyrido[1,2-b]pyridazin-6-one (50 mg, 0.18 mmol) dissolved in dichloroethane (2 mL) was added triethyl amine (0.079 mL, 0.55 mmol) and 2,4-difluorobenzoyl chloride (49 mg, 0.28 mmol). The mixture was heated to 80° C. for 2 hrs until no further progress was observed. Concentrated reaction to an oil and the crude residue was purified via silica gel chromatography (CH2Cl2/MeOH) to yield the title compound.
