After mixing 32 g of 4-methanesulfonyl-2-tetradecylsulfonylchlorobenzene, 20 g of 5-t-butyl-3-hydroxyisoxazole, 20 g of potassium carbonate, and 140 ml of dimethyl sulfoxide, the reaction was performed for 4 hours at 80° C. After the reaction was over, the reaction mixture was poured into water and the product was extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic phase obtained was purified by silca gel column chromatography to provide 20.0 g of the aforesaid compound with a yield of 50.8%. The melting point thereof was 97° C. to 98° C.
