Reaction Steps

The compound (1 g, 3.0 mmol) obtained in Step 2 of Example 39 was added to methanol (15 mL) and Pd/C (200 mg), and stirred under H2 atmosphere for 14 hours at room temperature. The reaction mixture was filtered using Celite and concentrated to obtain the title compound (152 mg).
