A solution of 7-(Allylamino)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydronaphthalene-2-carbonitrile (300 mg, 1.4 mmol) in 20 mL of DCM was added TEA (430 mg, 4.26 mmol) and BOC2O (460 mg, 2.1 mmol), and the mixture was stirred at room temperature overnight. The reaction was completed, and DCM was added. Then the mixture was washed with water and brine, and the organic layer was dried over anhydrous Na2SO4 and concentrated to give the title compound. MS m/z: 313 [M+1]+.
