Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 1-[2-(4-Nitrophenyl)ethyl]piperazin-2-one and Methyl 5-nitro-2-(2-oxoethyl)benzoate following essentially the same procedure as Example 6. The product was purified by mass-directed reverse phase HPLC (AcCN-Water with 0.1% TFA). LC-MS (IE, m/z): 457 [M+1]+.
