To the solution of (1S,4S)-tert-butyl 5-(2-fluoro-5-((4-oxo-3,4-dihydrophthalazin-1-yl)methyl)benzoyl)-2,5-diazabicyclo[2,2,1]heptane-2-carboxylate (1.23 g crude obtained from previous step) in DCM (50 ml) was added TFA (4 ml), and stirred for 16 h at room temperature. The reaction mixture was concentrated under vacuo to yield the crude product as yellow oil (2.64 g), used in next step without further purification.
