Reaction Steps

To the solution of the crude tert-butyl 4-(2-fluoro-5-((4-oxo-3,4-dihydrophthalazin-1-yl)methyl)benzoyl)-1,4-diazepane-1-carboxylate (370 mg crude obtained from previous step) in DCM (20 ml) was added TFA (1 ml) and stirred for 14 h at room temperature. The reaction mixture was concentrated under vacuo to yield the crude product as yellow oil (300 mg), used in next step without further purification.
