The product from Example 71B and 2-bromoethyl methyl ether were processed according to the method of Example 1B to afford the title compound. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 1.44-1.70 (m, 4H), 1.70-1.87 (m, 4H), 2.14 (d, J=11.2 Hz, 2H), 2.29 (s, 2H), 2.59 (t, J=6.8 Hz, 1H), 3.13 (t, J=7.1 Hz, 2H), 3.21-3.30 (m, 5H), 3.63-3.85 (m, 2H), 4.69 (t, J=5.8 Hz, 2H); MS (ESI+) m/z 401 (M+H)+; Anal. Calculated for C20H24N4O3S: C, 59.98; H, 6.04; N, 13.99. Found: C, 59.90; H, 6.09; N, 13.95.
