Procedure
To 17 mg (0.15 mmol) methanesulfonyl chloride is added a solution of 32 mg (0.1 mmol) (S)-1-{4-[1-(4-ethoxy-phenyl)-piperidin-4-yl]-phenyl}-ethylamine (XIII.1) and 42 μL triethyl amine in 2 mL dichloromethane. The mixture is stirred for 2 d at rt. The solvent is removed under reduced pressure and the residue is purified using reversed phase column chromatography (water/MeOH, 0.1% TFA) and the corresponding fractions are concentrated to yield the desired product.
