Reaction Steps

A mixture of Example 126E (5.0 g, 15.8 mmol) in 4M HCl/Dioxane (40 mL) was allowed to stir for one hour. The mixture was concentrated to afford 3.99 g (100%) of the title compound. MS (ESI) m/z 217 (M+H)+.
