PROCEDURE

实验过程

A mixture of Example 173D (70 mg, 0.236 mmol) in HOAc (0.6 mL) at ambient temperature was added 48% HBr (80 μL, 0.709 mmol). Mixture was stirred at ambient temperature for 1 hour. Mixture was poured into ice/H2O and extracted with CH2Cl2 (3×75 mL). Organic was dried (Na2SO4), filtered and concentrated afford 63 mg (76%) of the title compound. MS (ESI) m/z 350 (M+H)+.
