The title compound was prepared in an analogous manner to that of EXAMPLE 521, except that perfluorophenyl 4-(4-chloro-2-methoxyphenyl)quinazoline-7-sulfonate and 1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-amine were used instead of perfluorophenyl 4-(2-chloro-3′-fluoro-5-methoxy-[1,1′-biphenyl]-4-yl)quinazoline-7-sulfonate and 1,2,4-thiadiazol-5-amine to afford 4-(4-chloro-2-methoxyphenyl)-N-(1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)quinazoline-7-sulfonamide as a yellow solid.
