The title compound was prepared by treating 1-[5-Fluoro-3,3-dimethyl-6-(pyrrolidine-1-sulfonyl)-2,3-dihydro-indol-1-yl]-ethanone (287 mg, 0.84 mmol) with hydrochloric acid (5 M, 1.7 mL) following similar methods to those described in Preparation 66 to give the title compound (145 mg) as a light brown oil. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6): 7.13 (1H, d), 6.79 (1H, d), 5.79 (1H, d), 3.25 (2H, s), 3.23-3.11 (4H, m), 1.83-1.68 (4H, m), 1.25 (6H, s).
