Reaction Steps
Following similar methods to those described in Preparation 12, starting from (2R,5S)-4-benzyloxycarbonylmethyl-2-methyl-5-(2-oxo-oxazolidin-3-ylmethyl)-piperazine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (265 mg), and Pd/C (65 mg) gave the title compound (189 mg) as a white solid. MS: [M+H]+=358.
